What an hour of each operator costs the business, including wages, super and on-costs. This is not the charge-out rate.

Productive hours per month: 1,600 h
Overhead added per labour hour: $26.25; Monthly overhead divided by productive hours. Every hour logged on a job carries this amount on top of the operator's cost rate.
